NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize Jesse Calvin Swanigan for his years of service to 100 Black Men of America and we thank him for his many contributions to 100 Black Men of St. Louis.
