Tax-Increment Financing (TIF) Moratorium
Summary
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen voluntarily impose a moratorium on Tax-Increment Financing and Tax Abatement Board Bills or other legislative measures for the 2022-2023 Legislative Session, or until such time that better parameters for considering such legislative measures are agreed upon and adopted by this body, in pursuit of renewing our fiscal responsibility to the City of St. Louis and her people and in pursuit of restoring faith in our municipal legislative branch of government.
