The Board of Aldermen request that Congress transfer jurisdiction over the cleanup of West Lake radioactive wastes from the EPA Superfund Program to the Corps of Engineers’ FUSRAP and those wastes be excavated and shipped to a licensed radioactive waste disposal site.
