pursuant to Ordinance 67477 the Parks and Environmental Matters Committee does hereby approve the recommendations of the Director for the appropriation of Neighborhood Parks Capital Improvements Account funds for the Fiscal Year 2009 attached hereto and Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by reference.
