Gail Brown

Commissioner Brown holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from Macalester College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from St. Louis University.  She is the president of Brown-Kortkamp Realty and Urban Planning and Development Corporation (UPDC).  In the community, Gail serves on Reliance Bank’s City Region Advisory Board, STL Village Board and is an appointed commissioner for the St. Louis City Affordable Housing Commission and Tax Increment Financing Commission. Engaged in the real estate community, Commissioner Brown lends her expertise as a board member of the St. Louis REALTORS®.
