Biography
Tammika Hubbard is the newly elected member to the St. Louis City Board of Aldermen representing the city's 5th ward. Prior to serving in city government she served on the Democratic Central Committee as the committeewoman of the 5th ward for four years. Tammika Hubbard is a lifelong resident of the City of St. Louis and realized early in life the importance of helping those in need.
She currently holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a certificate in Trauma Studies. She has dedicated her life to helping others. To further exemplify her commitment to her community, her work history includes service with the Missouri Department of Corrections as a Corrections Officer and Probation and Parole Officer, a caseworker with the Division of Family Services; and a Youth Specialist with The Division of Youth Services. Prior to seeking office, she held the position of Supervisor over the courts section of St. Louis City Earnings Tax. Tammikka Hubbard is also the founder of Pretty Girls Rock, a non profit mentoring group for girls and has made a sound commitment to transforming young girls into a dignified womanhood.
