The Collector of Revenue accepts payments for earnings tax, real estate tax, personal property tax, and water-refuse bills. See below for payment options for each.
You can pay Collector of Revenue taxes and bills with a PayIt St. Louis account, online or using a phone app.
Earnings Tax
Online
You must file your earnings taxes via mail or in person, but you may pay them online using PayIt.
In Person
Filing and payment may be done in person at the address below using credit or debit card, cash, personal check, cashier's check or money order.

Mail your return and payment to the address above. The office currently accepts personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders via US mail.
Personal Property Tax
Online
You may pay your personal property taxes online using PayIt.
In Person
In person payments are accepted in the form of credit or debit card, cash, check, money order or cashier's check for current year taxes. No checks will be accepted for delinquent tax payments.

Real Estate Tax

You may pay your real estate taxes online using PayIt.
In Person
In person payments are accepted in the form of credit or debit card, cash, check, money order or cashier's check for current year taxes. No checks will be accepted for delinquent tax payments. Payments may be made in person Monday-Friday, at:

You can pay your water-refuse bill online using PayIt.
