RFP Notice for 2016 CDBG Funding

2016 Community Development Block Grant Funding

The City of St. Louis will be accepting proposals for 2016 CDBG Funding beginning July 6, 2015 and ending at 4:00 p.m. CST on August 7, 2015. Beginning July 6, 2015, the RFP and related documents can be found on the Community Development Administration (CDA) website at www.stlouis-mo.gov/cda .

CDA will host a workshop to answer questions on the RFP on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The workshop will be held at the CDA office, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103. Other questions concerning the proposal process may be directed to Alana Green at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov .

Grants Management System Training

In order to streamline grants processes, CDA is pleased to announce the implementation of the first phase of EGrAMS, our new grants management system. Starting July, 2015 organizations will be able to (1) search for existing CDA grant opportunities; (2) apply for CDA funding online; and (3) review funding status online.

To assist in navigating the new system, CDA will offer a 2-hour online training for organizations preparing to apply for 2016 CDBG funding. The training will be offered at three times:

• July 6, 2015 (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.)
• July 7, 2015 (12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
• July 7, 2015 (3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
