Neighborhood Stabilization Program

Neighborhood Stabilization Program information home page.

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) was created by the federal government to help local areas deal with devastating effects of the housing foreclosure crisis. The City of St. Louis uses this funding source to purchase foreclosed or abandoned properties in target neighborhoods. As part of this process, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires quarterly performance reports to help track how these funds are being spend in the City of St. Louis. Below you will find a list of our most recent submissions.

The City of St. Louis also recently submitted an application to receive additional NSP funds (NSP3) authorized under the Frank-Dodd Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Click here to view the application and associated documents.
