Summary
The Department of Human Services is seeking an operator to manage the consolidation of multiple shelter sites into one facility and operations of the site for a one year term with a one year renewable option.
Operator requires access to and can control the use of a large multi-floor facility in the City of St. Louis that can provide single room Temporary / Interim housing to no less than one hundred fifty men and women.
The City of St. Louis has been providing funding for emergency shelter programs occurring at multiple locations throughout the pandemic and wishes to consolidate these sites into one temporary housing location to be operated by an experienced shelter provider.
Questions Regarding this RFP:
• Must reference the RFP page number and section to which it applies.
• DHS will record questions and provide written responses posted on the City’s website.
• DHS will maintain a list of entities that requested the RFP and provide question responses to them.
