Summary
The City of St. Louis, Department of Human Services is issuing a Request for Proposals under the 2016 & 2017 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program for a Facility Manager & Service Coordinator at Biddle House, a facility in development that will serve as a Daytime Service Center and Overnight Emergency Shelter as part of a “Housing First” Coordinated Entry Collaboration with the St. Louis City Continuum of Care.
