Call for CoC Board Nominations
The Continuum of Care is seeking nominations for several Board of Director positions.

The Continuum of Care Governance & Membership Committee is seeking nominations for all six open At-Large Board Member seats (a 1 year term) as well as for the Secretary (a 2 year term) to serve the CoC-St. Louis in 2023. No other officer positions are up for election at this time. Please consider nominating someone or you may self-nominate. Position duties are below.

CoC-St Louis At-Large Member Duties
An At-Large Member must attend a minimum of 50% of all board and general membership meetings, must take steps to keep informed about issues and discussions occurring when not present at a meeting. At-Large Members will assist with various CoC-St Louis Board duties as assigned or requested and will participate in at least one CoC-St Louis Committee. This position requires 10-15 hours of time each month spent on CoC duties. This position is a 1-year term.
CoC-St Louis Secretary Duties
Secretary for the Continuum of Care- St Louis COC requires 20-25 hours monthly spent on COC-STL duties. The Secretary shall prepare agendas for both general and board meetings in
consultation with the Chair, notify members of all meetings, record and maintain all votes and the minutes of the meetings, distribute minutes of previous meetings, maintain a current membership roster, and list of authorized voting delegates, and maintain the records of the CoC-St Louis. The Secretary shall perform such duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors. This position is a 2 year term.
