Summary
The City of St. Louis is seeking a consultant to support the Mayor’s Office and City of St. Louis Departments with communications and marketing for ARPA funded projects. This includes:

• Experience in the development of communications plans of similar purpose and scope.
• Experience creating content and branding for and managing campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
• Experience with graphic design concepts and tools.
• Working knowledge of website content management.
• assuring compliance with the general requirements set forth in 2 CFR Chapter 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, commonly referred to as "Uniform Guidance".

Questions must be submitted no later than January 4, 2023. The Mayor’s Office will maintain a list of all firms or individuals requesting copies of the RFP and will ensure that copies of all questions and responses shall be made available in writing to each firm on such list, when requested, and will be posted on this page.
