Using data to drive better results for St. Louis

Overview

Launched in November 2025 under Mayor Cara Spencer, CityStat is a citywide initiative designed to modernize how the City of St. Louis tracks performance, solves problems, and delivers results for residents. Built in collaboration with departments across City Hall, the program uses data-driven insights, regular performance reviews, and cross-functional coordination to identify challenges, improve operations, and advance priority goals. PerformanceStat reflects the Spencer administration’s commitment to transparent, accountable, and results-oriented government.
