Mayor Tishaura O. Jones will be kicking off a community canvassing effort in North City to collect more feedback from St. Louis City residents on the best use of spending the $50 million in direct relief from American Rescue Plan funding. After the Mayor’s Stimulus Advisory Board revealed a disparity in responses to the online survey from Black residents, Mayor Jones organized this event with the support of Action St. Louis and Meyers Okohson Political Consulting to bring more Black voices to the table.
