L. Jared Boyd

L. Jared Boyd (he/him) serves as Chief of Staff for Mayor Tishaura Jones. Prior to working in the Mayor’s Office, he served as Chief of Staff and Counsel for the City of St. Louis Treasurer’s Office. There, he directly oversaw both the St. Louis Treasury Department and Parking Division. He also previously worked for Bryan Cave LLP as a litigator concentrating on class and derivative actions, labor and employment, and commercial litigation.

Jared is a proud graduate of Morehouse College and University of Virginia School of Law. He is also an alum of the Coro Fellows in Public Affairs Program. Jared has also served on the boards of local organizations for the past 10 years, including Habitat for Humanity, St. Louis ArtWorks, the United Way of Greater St. Louis Charmaine Chapman Society, and the Mound City Bar Association.
