Overview
The City of St. Louis Recreation Division appreciates input from the community to improve and maintain recreation centers. Department personnel may already be aware of a problem or need, and may already be working to solve it. Sometimes, the information you provide is what was needed to learn about an issue.
Preparation
- Identify the Recreation Center you want to make a report.
- Have the address of the center ready.
- When reporting an issue near the facility, include the closest address or intersection.
- Describe the conditions observed with details.
- If suggesting an improvement, explain the problem you want to address and the solution you are suggesting.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all City of St. Louis public programming requires a face mask to enter and all individuals to keep social distance throughout their visit at the Recreation Center Temperature checks will be done on all individuals. Participants are also encouraged to wash hands frequently and to bring their own source of water. There is no public drinking of water faucets allowed. Anyone not adhering to these protocols will be asked to leave.
