Overview
The CURE Violence Initiative, administered by the St. Louis Department of Health, started in late 2020 with the help of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. Our current partners in the CURE Violence program include the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis and Employment Connections. The neighborhoods served include Dutchtown, Walnut Park West, and Wells Goodfellow & Hamilton Heights.
CURE Violence treats violence as an epidemic. The program aims to interrupt violence, prevent new instances of violence, and change group norms. View Steering Committee members.
