The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service is pleased to announce the availability of the Draft Individual Section 4(f) Evaluation for the Southwest and Columbia Bridges Replacement Project in St. Louis, Missouri. The Draft Section 4(f) Evaluation will be available for public review starting on May 7, 2021. The Draft Section 4(f) Evaluation was prepared in accordance with the U. S. Department of Transportation Act (23 CFR 771) to provide guidance in determining the appropriate actions needed to address the need of providing a safe, reliable, and efficient crossing of Union Pacific Railroad.
