Curt Skouby is the Director of Public Utilities with the City of St. Louis with his primary responsibility of the City's drinking water utility. Curt has over thirty years experience with the Drinking Water Industry. Curt was hired by the City of St. Louis Water Division out of college. He has spent his career with them in various capacities.
Curt is active in the American Water Works Association having served in various positions such as Chair, Director and Trustee of the Missouri Section. He sits on the State of Missouri Safe Drinking Water Commission. He volunteers for the Partnership for Safe Drinking Water. Curt is the President of the Metro Water Infrastructure Partnership (MWIP).
Curt graduated from the University of Missouri at Rolla in 1985 with a BS in Civil Engineering and has a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia 1999. Curt is a registered professional engineer with the State of Missouri. Curt is a certified operator with the State of Missouri, (Water Treatment Plant Operator- Class A and Distribution System Operator- Level III).
