File a Homeschool Declaration of Enrollment
Instructions on notifying the Recorder of Deeds of your intent to homeschool your child.

Overview
Each parent/guardian who chooses to homeschool their child in the City of St. Louis may provide a signed, notarized declaration of their intent to homeschool their child. This declaration may be sent to the city Recorder of Deeds or to the chief school officer of St. Louis Public Schools within 30 days of the establishment of the home school, and by September 1st annually thereafter.
Preparation
Declaration must include:
- Name of each child attending the home school
- Age and birth date of the child attending the home School
- Address and Phone Number of the home school
- Name of each person teaching at the home school
- Name, address, and notarized signature of each person making the declaration
- Self addressed stamped envelope (for return of your original)

Include $1.00 fee and send or hand-deliver declaration to:
