Summary
The Treasurer's Office of the City of St. Louis is requesting bids for concrete and waterproofing repairs for the Central Downtown Garage.  The scope of this work consists primarily of miscellaneous concrete repairs, recoating of worn and/or damaged elastomeric traffic bearing waterproofing system, removal and replacement of deteriorated sealant, routing and sealing of cracks within the concrete slab, and application of a penetrating concrete sealer application.
