Longest Night Memorial Service at The Bridge
Recognizes The Homeless Who Have Passed
This article is 13 years old. It was published on November 1, 2011.
Members of the Continuum of Care, a network of agencies that provides services for St. Louis' sojourners, believe that everyone should be remembered; in life and in death. Each year, we recognize those who have passed in a Longest Night Memorial Service at Centenary United Methodist Church, located downtown at 16th and Olive. You are welcome to join us in the sanctuary at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, for this year's memorial. During the service, the names of those who have died will be read, and candles will be lit in their honor. A complimentary dinner for all will follow in the downstairs dining room.
If you have questions, please contact Debra at dcrowe@bridgestl.org or by calling The Bridge at (314) 421-3136. To learn more about The Bridge, see its website, www.bridgestl.org.
