The City of St. Louis Departments of Health and Public Safety, the University of Missouri Extension, and the St. Louis Development Corporation have been working to bring healthier options to city neighborhoods through the Healthy Corner Store project. As part of this effort, the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood will host a Healthy Corner Store Kickoff Party from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the corner of Kingshighway and Manchester. Activities will include music, Zumba, a kids' cooking competition and other demonstrations. Everyone is invited to stop by.
