BOARD BILL No. 62 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN TAMMIKA HUBBARD An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, a Quit Claim Deed to remise, release and forever quit-claim unto Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis, a public body corporate and politic organized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Missouri, certain City-owned property located in City Blocks 2316, 2327, 2328, and 2347; which property is known as 2535 Cass Avenue, 2337 Madison Street, and 2525, 2526, & 2533 Maiden Lane, and containing an emergency clause.
