BOARD BILL # 139 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN KACIE STARR TRIPLETT An ordinance approving the Petition of Chouteau Properties IV, LLC and Merus properties, LLC, as owners of certain real property, to establish a Community Improvement District, establishing the Chouteau Crossing Community Improvement District, finding a public purpose for the establishment of the Chouteau Crossing Community Improvement District, and containing a severability clause.
