BOARD BILL NO. 220 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor, on the behalf of the City of St. Louis, to submit all necessary applications and to enter into agreements with the Department of Justice for the City of Saint Louis Department of Health Byrne Criminal Justice Innovation Program funding for Near Northside Project BCJI Implementation (Award # 2015-AJ-BX-0016) and authorizing the Mayor, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend any funds received by said grants to fulfill the obligations of the grants, and containing an emergency clause.
