This Board Bill amends Ordinance No. 69381 which authorized a Lease Agreement with the City of St. Louis and Metropolitan Park and Recreation District d/b/a Great Rivers Greenway District, approving a First Amendment to Lease Agreement for a temporary reduction of the land and improvements (“Relinquished Space”) in order that the City may lease or permit the Relinquished Space to Walsh Construction Company (“Walsh”) for Walsh to rebuild the Merchants Bridge owned by Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis. Once Walsh has completed the rebuilding, the First Amendment shall automatically terminate.
