The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public alley. The remaining 702.06 feet of the 20 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 3928 beginning 280 feet east of Vandeventer and continuing eastward to its terminus, same being bounded by West Pine (vacated), Spring (vacated) Laclede and Vandeventer. The Petitioner is Saint Louis University. The vacated area will be used to correct boundary lines.
