This Board Bill is to regulate employer and employee working relationships between the City of St. Louis, and all employees under the Circuit Attorney Office. It includes a compensation plan, terms and conditions of employment, benefits, leaves of absence, and authorization for a Deferred Compensation Plan. It repeals Ordinance Number 70450. It allocates certain other employees to a grade with rate, and including an emergency clause
