BOARD BILL NO. 375 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller for the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City a Cargo City Lease Agreement (AL-456) with a term ending June 30, 2011 (the "Lease Agreement") at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the "Airport") between the City and American Airlines, Inc. (the “Lessee”), granting to the Lessee, subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease Agreement, certain rights and privileges in connection with the occupancy and use of the Premises, which is defined and more fully described in Article II of the Lease Agreement that was approved by the City’s Airport Commission and the City’s Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and is attached hereto as ATTACHEMENT “1” and is incorporated herein; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
