BOARD BILL NO. 158 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance pertaining to the keeping of certain animals; amending Ordinance 62853, approved February 8, 1993 by amending Section Seven of said Ordinance, codified in Section 10.20.015 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section pertaining to the same subject matter and containing an effective clause.
