BOARD BILL NO. 225 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERWOMAN KACIE STARR TRIPLETT An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of Saint Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($15,600.00), and other good and valuable consideration, two Temporary Easements For Highway Purposes, which shall give, grant, extend and confer on the State of Missouri, acting by and through the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, its successors, and assigns, temporary construction easements in real estate on the strips of ground described, and in City Block 1692-S, and containing an emergency clause.
