Summary

The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public street and alley. Montgomery from Glasgow eastwardly 136.0 ± .75 feet to a point previously vacated by Ordinance 66616. 15 foot wide north/south alley in City Block 1897 beginning at Montgomery and extending 118.67' to a point previously vacated by Ordinance 66616. The Petitioner is Sensient Colors Inc d/b/a Sensient Colors LLC. The vacated areas will be used to consolidate property to improve safety and security.
