Summary
This Board Bill is authoring and directing the Circuit Attorney, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to enter into a grant agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs for funding to create The St. Louis Circuit Attorney Navigation, Diversion, and Opportunity (also referred as STL CAN DO) Program 2019-AR-BX-K018. It contains an emergency clause.
