Summary
This Board Bill is authoring and directing the Circuit Attorney, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to enter into a grant agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs to fund Innovative Prosecution Solutions for Combating Violent Crime grant (also referred as Innovation Prosecution) Program 2019-YX-BX-0021 and is containing an emergency clause.
