Lease Agreement between the City of St. Louis and Grossman Century Company
Summary
This Board Bill authorizes a Consent to Assignment which assigns an existing Lease Agreement between the City of St. Louis and Grossman Century Company f/k/a Grossman Iron and Steel Company (“Assignor”), a Missouri company, to Advantage Metals Recycling LLC (“Assignee”), a Delaware limited liability company, for certain land at or near 21-99 and 14 North Market at 2226 North First Street in the City for a period of ten (10) years which began on December 1, 2021 with three (3) five (5) year mutual options for the purpose of providing a turning radius to access Assignor’s adjacent facilities, parking of Assignor’s trucks, vehicles and trailers, and storage at an annual base rent of $23,856.00 per year, escalating by 2 percent per year thereafter for the first ten (10) years.
