Second Amendment to the Airport Use and Lease Agreement (“AUA”)
Summary
This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Second Amendment to the Airport Use and Lease Agreement (“AUA”), and when applicable, the AUA with Cargo Addendum with current Signatory Airlines listed in Section One. The Second Amendment extends the term to end on June 30, 2025. The Board Bill contains a severability clause, and an emergency clause.
