Third Amendments to the On Airport Passenger Vehicle Rental (“PVR”) Concession Agreements
Summary
This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis to enter into and execute on behalf of the City seven (7) Third Amendments to the On Airport Passenger Vehicle Rental (“PVR”) Concession Agreements at St. Louis Lambert International Airport with certain concessionaires, granting them the non-exclusive right, license, and privilege to operate an On-Airport PVR Concession at the Airport. The Board Bill contains a severability clause, and an emergency clause.
