Debaliviere Place Special Business District
Summary
This Board Bill seeks to repeal paragraph (A) of Section Two of Ordinance Number 69915, approved on January 20, 2015, and in lieu thereof enact a new paragraph extending the period of time during which the Debaliviere Place Special Business District shall be permitted to collect the tax within the boundaries therein established; submit to the qualified voters residing in the Debaliviere Place Special Business District a proposal to continue the levy of a tax on the real property located in said district for ten years; submit said proposal to the voters of said district at the General Election on April 4, 2023; and contains effectiveness and emergency clauses.
