Conditionally Vacate and Unimproved Street Between City Block 9112 and 9115
Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following unimproved street. A 15 foot wide “unnamed” street located between City Block 9112 and 9115 beginning at Hall Street and continuing east 933.785 ± 10.605 feet to its terminus. The Petitioner is Hall Street Properties I LLC. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property.
