Summary

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pursuant to the City Charter, 3.06.130, that we authorize the use of subpoena powers for the following Board of Aldermen Committees: Housing, Urban Development and Zoning; Legislation; Neighborhood Development; Parks and Environment; Personnel and Administration; Public Employees; Public Safety; Public Utilities; and Ways and Means.
