On Wednesday, Feb. 8, the Board of Estimate and Apportionment of the City of St. Louis failed to approve statement asserting and acknowledging the importance of safeguarding and protecting the city's credit.
The measure failed 2:1, with Comptroller Darlene Green casting the sole vote in favor of the statement acknowledging the importance of safeguarding the city's credit.
