(ST. LOUIS -- July 2, 2015) Building on a longstanding commitment to fiscal discipline and sustainability, the Comptroller's Office of the City of St. Louis engaged Public Financial Management, Inc. (PFM) to develop this recommended Long-Range Financial Plan for the city, issued July 2, 2015.
The report includes several recommendations, including continuing to reauthorize the earnings tax, rebuilding the city's reserves, tightening the city's policies on economic development incentives, and extending pension reform equitably.
