Closure Notification Letter to Reign Restaurant, LLC

Under the authority vested in Dr. Fredrick Echols, Acting Director of Health and Health Commissioner, by 19 C.S.R. 20.20.50(c) and by the Charter of the City of St. Louis, article XIII, §14-C(c); Dana Kelly, of Reign Restaurant, LLC, 1122 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63101, and her counsel, have been directed to show cause why an order closing Reign Restaurant, LLC should not be issued due to the alleged violations of Health Commissioner’s Executive Orders #8 and #11. The show cause hearing is scheduled for December 21, 2020, at 4 pm and will be conducted via Zoom.
