Summary
The plan was adopted as a Neighborhood Plan by the Planning Commission on December 15, 1999 and repealed and replaced by the Design Downtown STL Neighborhood Plan on December 2, 2020.
It is supplemented by a lengthy separate document titled Supporting Documents. The plan is credited with helping to revitalize key areas, such as the Washington Ave. Loft District and the Old Post Office District. The Plan was amended by the Planning Commission on February 3, 2020. Amendment #1 revises building uses, and the transportation framework plan.
