Summary
The City of St. Louis Planning Commission will conduct a Presentation and Public Hearing to consider the adoption of Amendment #1 to the Downtown Development Action Plan which redefines the proposed land uses, street configuration, and related issues for an area generally bounded by Olive St (on the north) 20th St (on the east), Market St (on the south) and 22nd St (on the west). The Downtown Development Action Plan was adopted as a Neighborhood Plan by the City of St. Louis Planning Commission on December 15, 1999.  The presentation and hearing will be held at the City of St. Louis Planning Commission meeting on Monday, February 3, 2020, 5:30 p.m. at 1520 Market St., Suite 2000.
