Summary
The purpose of the plan was to develop a robust multimodal system that enhances connections for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users and motorists of all ages and abilities, while improving quality of life, supporting economic growth and community development, easing congestion and bettering air quality and improving public health.

Adopted by the City of St. Louis Planning Commission as a Topical Plan on December 5, 2018.
