Summary
The plan was adopted as a Topical Plan by the Planning Commission on July 7, 2010. The plan is supplemented by a lengthy separate document titled Appendix. The park is well-used and beloved by residents of the St. Louis Hills neighborhood. The plan was prepared to complement earlier planning studies that were completed for the park and to bring these foundational studies together to create a comprehensive plan for the park that reflects current conditions, activities and needs.
