New Programmatic Agreement (PA) Pending
Comments are solicited from interested parties concerning a new PA for the City to perform Section 106 for HUD-funded projects.

The Cultural Resources Office (CRO) of the Planning & Urban Design Agency of the City of St. Louis has assumed responsibilities for the performance of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (54 U.S.C. §300101 et seq.) and proposes to develop a Programmatic Agreement (PA) as an alternative for compliance with 106 review. The proposed PA would apply to all Housing and Urban Development Administration (HUD) programs under 24 CFR Part 58 administered by the City of St. Louis.
CRO wishes to inform interested parties of the proposed PA development and to solicit comments. Comments may be submitted to the Cultural Resources Office until January 6, 2020.
